Chocolate Cupcakes

For this weekend I decided to make a very tasty and delicious cupcake.

For these cupcakes you need:

1 1/4 cups flour
3/4 cups cocoa powder
1 3/4 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cardamom
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 ½ cup milk
½ cup oil

For the chocolate topping you need:
2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup milk
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Before beginning anything, heat up the oven to 180 degrees.

Step 1 

You just simply add all the ingredients by the order of above and you should get something like this.


Step 2

What I like to do, when filling in the cupcake tins is to first put some cupcake paper.


And then fill a jug with the chocolate mix.

Step 3

Can you guess what we're going to do now?


You should only fill up till the edges of the holes.

- Put them in the oven for 20-25 minutes, make sure to check with a toothpick.

Step 4

Yummy, I know!

So now it's time for the topping.

But do remember that the cupcakes MUST be cold before you can add the topping! 
It's a good idea to make the topping just after they're cold.

Remove the paper and then begin the process of topping the top of the cupcakes with the chocolate.

You can decorate if you like, I for example used grated white chocolate.

There are no limits of decorating, the choice is yours. Enjoy.
